this is starting to get frustrating! I deleted the fitbit app on my iphone and reinstalled it. Now it gives me a message to pair iphone with app. I hit the fix-it but t still won't pair.

Hi there, @wilkwas. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.
Have you checked that your Sense is syncing properly? If the data is not matching, please make sure that your Sense is syncing to your Fitbit app so the data can be transferred.
If by any chance you're having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

it's weird because my iphone is higher than my fitbit app. If anything I thought it would be the opposite. I did log out and resigned in and that didn't help. Also I can't figure out where to find my cues/ I used to get each walking mile cue. I've done it before but can't seem to locate where to find it now.
