I have only had the feature about a week but it drains the battery almost completely every night. It would be a great feature if it wasn't going to permanently ruin the battery and make the battery expire.

Hi there, @jane_7.
Thanks for the details provided and let me explain that with this feature your watch will track the overall noise level around you and check for snoring throughout the night which can last for several hours, for this reason you may have to charge your watch more often. However, I understand your point of view and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I truly appreciate your feedback and our team will keep working on this feature to improve the experience with it. In case you'd like to turn it off, you can check this help article for further instructions.

Hi @Felizesperar. Welcome on board.
Thanks for joining this thread. Before anything else, let me explain that the Snore Detect feature is available only for Sense and Versa 3 users with a Premium subscription. You can find more information about this feature here.
That being said, could you confirm if your Sense is connected in the Fitbit app? Does it have the latest firmware version? Also, do you have an active Premium subscription? Please reply back with these details, so I can investigate on my end what may be occurring.

Hi @Felizesperar. It's good to see you again.
You're welcome, thanks to you for getting back with the requested information. This is odd as the Snore Detect feature should appear on the Fitbit app for your Versa 3. Given this situation, please get in touch with our Support team so they can investigate what may be occurring and provide you with further assistance. They're available via chat or phone, just click here to get connected with them.

I had to go into my phone's settings > Apps > Fitbit > Storage > clear all data.
Next I pressed force stop, and then went to my phone's recent apps menu and close every recent app, and then when I opened Fitbit, and logged back in, when I went to the sleep tab it popped up a thing about snoring detect.
Then I went through the prompts, and at the end it said this feature is now active, but it also showed a toggle to switch it off, so I did.
That's usually a better way to go than to uninstall the app. Unfortunately when you uninstall your not clearing out the data that was stored by the app, especially if you don't reboot your phone after you uninstall it. So it's better to manually delete everything the app has stored, as it completely resets the app back to it's original state, and if anything is missing it should then populate.
Hope this helps!

I was wondering why all of a sudden my Fitbit Sense had a shortened battery charge to about half the time it used to have. I found out that it appears to be a result of the new snore check. It is on all night with the microphone on. So anyone wanting to try using that function needs to take that into consideration.

Hi ya, I bought my fitbit sense yesterday and tried the snore detection feature overnight. I am now in the same position as the others, there is no option to turn it off and my battery is down to 67% overnight

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
@Vtopley Thanks for letting me know about your Sense, and your efforts while trying to turn off the Snore Detect. I understand your concern and just to confirm, do you have an active Premium Subscription? If that's correct, please give a try to the following steps:

Dear Lizzy,
I am under premium membership and turned on the snore detect when I was first prompted while setting up the account. However, I just can’t access a toggle to switch it off — under the sleep tile and settings gear. Please help me as my battery has been draining!

Welcome on board, @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for the detailed information and confirming you have a Premium subscription. I understand your point of view about the battery life of your Sense and because your post didn't mention, may I know if you've tried the steps suggested in my previous post? If you have but the issue persists, please provide me with the model and OS version of your phone, as well as a screenshot of the options displayed on the Fitbit app after going to the Sleep tile > gear icon. To attach a file in your reply, follow the steps described here.

@SunsetRunner
Make sure you swipe up when you hit the gear icon.
The snore and noise detect toggle switch is at the bottom and may not be visible on the page until you swipe up.
This is what I see.
