Fitbit app showing a blank page when using ECG app

When I click the ECG app on my Sense 2, it sends a notification to my phone to open the app. When I open the app, and then click "Get Started" , nothing happens after that. I get a blank page.

mine has done the same thing.  I even turned off my Bluetooth and turned it back.  Forced restarted my Sense nugget.  Shut off and turned on my app several times.  Nothing is making it work or sync.

I think there is a global outage. Maybe it is happening because of that.
