  • My Fitbit app has suddenly stopped downloading information. My watch is still recording the information but the app is not downloading it. This means I can still get some data from my watch but other information, like charts and graphs I can’t get. 
    Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi, what it means is the watch is not syncing with the phone well.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
