Fitbit Sense just stopped working while charging. The logo keeps blinking. I tried to hold the button for 10 seconds to reset, and it makes no difference.
I have only been using this for a WEEK!
Please help.

Best AnswerCustomer service walked me through all the possible fixes and none of them worked. My Fitbit was new and still under warranty so they sent a new one.
