My fitbit sense logo is frozen on the screen. I've tried letting battery die, recharge and do hard restart. Logo will not go away no matter how many times I have restarted it.

Hi @Mhjam97 - on the phone try removing the Bluetooth entries for the Sense and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" again.
If that doesn't work try removing the Sense from your account and repeat the process.
Also it can be a good idea to restart your phone before trying to setup the watch again to make sure the watch connects well.

I have the same problem with my wife's Sense, it is stuck on the logo and nothing that I have done will restart it. I am a longtime Fitbit user and understand the restart process but it isn't working. I can delete the Sense from my wife's account but it doesn't "pair" or sync while it is in the frozen state. I am trying to run the battery down but I don't think it will work.
