Fitbit not showing all of letters in words. How do I get full words back?

All of a sudden my fitbit sense is not working properly.  When receive texts/messages, some of the letters are missing in the words.  How do I get them back?  Is it a matter of resetting the device?

@ChaulkClarke Try restarting your Sense and/or changing the clock face. If that doesn't work, a factory reset may be in order.

@ChaulkClarke Try restarting your Sense and/or changing the clock face. If that doesn't work, a factory reset may be in order.
