"No Data" instead of tracking sleep, 3 nights in a row
Is my Fitbit Sense dying or is there a fix for this? The various fora suggest entering sleep times manually, as if that will jump start it, but it's not working. This little fella cost $250 and is only 22 months old. Any suggestions? Maybe do a factory reset of the watch?

@merotda Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the sleep tracking with your Fitbit Charge 6.
Thanks for the explanation and what you have tried so far. Please note that several factors come into play. Question, is your Fitbit Charge 6 recording your heart rate the whole night? Without a heart rate measure, sleep will not be recorded. Please make sure that no steps are being recorded during the night. Step activity or continuous movement will prevent sleep recording. Thanks in advance. I recommend you restart the Fitbit Charge 6 according to the instructions in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Hello @merotda
I'm a bit confused. Your post title mentions Charge 6. However, in the description of your issue, you mention the Sense, that it cost $250, and is 22 months old. The Charge 6 was released October 2023, so it can't be 22 months old. The MSRP for the Charge 6 is $159.95 USD, so the cost doesn't match either.
If you do have the Sense, which one is it?
I ask which device you have because we want to make sure that you receive the correct troubleshooting steps.

@RiekoC Thanks for bringing this up. It seems to be a confusion with the place this was posted. Given all the details, this post belongs on the "Sense" board. I appreciate you taking the time to point that out. Post has been moved to the correct place. Thanks again!

Hi!
Merodata could be a bot, or else has the exact same problem (and expressed it the exact same way) I did about 5 days ago and copy pasted my post on it from Reddit. Anyway hi, my name is Sarah, and here is my exact same problem, on my Sense.
"Is my Fitbit Sense dying or is there a fix for this? The various fora suggest entering sleep times manually, as if that will jump start it, but it's not working. This little fella cost $250 and is only 22 months old. Any suggestions? Maybe do a factory reset of the watch"
Since I made that post on Reddit 5 days ago, I did contact customer support through the chat and was walked through a complete factory reset. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, just for sport, but nothing is working.
Any suggestions, or shall I start asking Fitbit if they're willing to replace something that is 22 months old?
Thanks, Sarah 🙂
