Is anyone else having issues with the Sense? I had mine for 14 months and the screen fell off then stopped working completely. Prior to the Sense my Versa 2 only lasted 1 year and 7 months
FitBit does not support their products beyond the one year warranty

Totally agree. I am one of the users who's Sense went into a constant boot loop and won't recover. Just over a year old and they won't do anything other than a 30% discount on a new item. Very bad response. This was my third device to have failed and I am done with them now. Moved on to another rival device which so far has been great.
Fitbit's support policies and product quality are not good enough.
Hope you get this resolved. If not, don't take them up on discounts on a new device. It rewards bad behavior.
