I'm sure I'm not they only one but my fitbit sense died less than two years after purchase. I've tried me chargers, cleaned the back of the watch and the connectors on the charger, also connected to a PC, etc. My watch won't power on and won't respond to holding the side button. All that I got after emailing them was a 35% discount code for a new watch. I already had my fitbit ionic recalled and now this one died. Why would I invest on a new watch when fitbit won't even bother fixing their watch that was obviously a lemon. I'm going to try the Amazon fit watch instead, amazfit. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me

Same thing happened to me and only had it just over one year. I'll be looking into the Amazon fit watch also.

same happen to me with the sense that replaced my ionic. It is very strange that so many people with sense all the sudden have a problem with their watch and all you get is try this and when that doesn't work, they offer a discount on another watch. Built in obsolete to increase sales for a new watch?

Yes it seems like allot of people's watches stopped working after the warranty expired and now are left with a useless bracelet. The worst part is that they expect you to buy a new watch. Who would buy a new one if it won't even last two years and hardly any support from fitbit

I am LITERALLY going through this right now! Only answer I got was the 35% off a new device. I don’t want a new device, I want them to look at my current one to see if can be fixed. I have the membership which will expire in March 2024, guess who’s paying for a service they can’t use. Shame on FITBIT, for knowing they have a useless product! I really liked their products and membership too, but I guess that doesn’t matter anymore.

I'm having the same problem. Very disappointed in this product and the company.

This just happened to me as well. I put it on the charger and it won't turn on. Just gives a vibrate if I hold the side button down.

Yes that's the last step before it's completely dead.

To be sure you exhausted the trouble shooting, in case it is simply a charging issue, check instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I cleaned the back of the watch and the charger and made sure none of the 4 points are stuck. I even tried some other charger. I'm not sure why Fitbit won't just accept that they have faulty products and stand by their products and be willing to fix these
