Hi @KM-B,

Have you tried reconnecting the Assistant in the Fitbit app?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @KM-B. Thanks for letting us know that Google assist is not responding.

Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?

Please confirm that you have followed these steps:

  1. From the Today tab

in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture

     your device image.
  2. Tap Voice Assistant

     Google Assistant

Activate Google Assistant. If you don’t have the Google Assistant app on your phone, you’re prompted to install it.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create or log in to your Google account, and then connect your Google account with Fitbit.
  4. After completing all the steps, tap Close to return to the Voice Assistant tile.

Thanks for your assitance @DramaQueenDiva.

Keep on visiting the forums.
