I had this Sense gifted to me about 4 weeks ago and today the side button stopped working. It’s completely unresponsive. The only way I have to navigate back to the Home Screen is by swiping from then left of the screen. So annoying.
I already tried resetting the device, turning it off and back on and all the usual stuff. No luck. If I turn it off I have to then place it on the charger because the device won’t turn on as the button is unresponsive.
any help?

Hi @salas81 - have you tried cleaning the watch and button ? How do I clean my Fitbit device?
If it;s still a problem try contacting Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
