Best AnswerHi Wilson, unfortunately that is not working. I have exactly the same problem. The problem started in my case directly after updating the fitbit app. I guess the IT department should be doing some bug hunting here to solve it. Looking forward to a new fitbit app update.
Have tried the force stop and reboot but made no difference.

No BR, HRV, SP02 being recorded, and heart zones on mapped walks also showing "not enough heart rate data available".
Have been given a case number but no idea what it's even good for!

The same problem here. Already the second day no data available for HRV, BR, only RHR. No data from exercise last day. It was recommended to update OS, to update the Fitbit app. I did it yesterday and the data today is still not available (new and from the last day). I hope it will be fixed soon.
Me too - I get resting heart rate but not the others.

Im having the same problem. I have had my luxe now for a week and for the first 4 days it did record my BR, HRV and RHR, for the last 3 days it has not measured any of these. Also like you I am wearing all the time and the luxe is in contact with my skin. I will follow this thread and see if you get any joy from the answers that are given to you. I have a Samsung S9 edge.
Hi, I have the same issues with data not syncing properly (seems the bluetooth connection needs refreshing each time) and breathing rate/heart rate variability not displaying.
I'm using a Samsung Note8 with Android 9.

Best AnswerSimilar for me. Seems to be a problem since last update of app. I’ve tried rebooting Fitbit and tried reinstalling the app. Neither has made a difference
