Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.

I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

It appears it’s resolved for some but I just received a post of another who
continues to have the same issue with a verse 2. I have the sense version
and today all data was working. Let’s see what happens going forward,--

I woke up this morning, and all of my data was miraculously back! Thank you!

All data is back this morning, Tuesday. However, I did a minor edit to last nights sleep log and after it recalculated, I checked other metrics and BR had disappeared for last night (it had read as 11 bpm). The other metrics seem normal. Thank you Fitbit!

I just checked my Fitbit app this morning and all the graphs in the Health matrix are populating data.  Also, the Stress Management is populating data as well.

Good job fixing these issues Fitbit.

Thank you

Working again in the UK. So it looks like a server issue as we don't appear to have had an app update or a firmware update. Pity we are missing some data. See screen shot attached.

Agreed. Fitbit and Google need to up there game if they want a real market
share. Not to mention to collect all our mega data that they make millions
from.--

They obviously don't do enough test before they release updates!

Thank you for working on the issue. I hope it is now fixed. Today I could see HRV and BR from last night! 🙂 (Android, OnePlus mobile). Data from two nights is still missing.

BR & HRV are back but now my SpO2 data is not being recorded for the past 2 nights. An estimated chart is seen in the restoration section of sleep score but nothing in the health metrics section.

this is my BR. And before that record in June I had a total of ten, maybe, since December. Even if Fitbit changed my sense. Having enough, tomorrow my premium trial expires and it won't be renewed if I can't see any improvements by today.

The Fitbit users need to be more proactive when we experience issues with
the platform. Staying quiet is NOT an option. Use social media if necessary
to get the word out to insure that Fitbit and Google don’t take all of us
for granted.--
