Thanks for making a great premium health device. 

 

I received my device on the 28th of September and so far its been working fine and the battery is working great. 

 

However, while I do understand the Fitbit premium service in regards of sports activities, I do feel that the health functionalities should not require nor be connected to a premium subscription services.

 

Please, kindly reconsider making the health functionalities "premium free" and give the user access to all the necessary health insights which we require in order to make correct medical decisions.

Thank you for sharing this feedback regarding the possibility of having access to the health functionalities with the the premium subscription.   

 

This could certainly be helpful for many users, as you mentioned, currently some health functionalities do require the premium subscription, but I do recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion section of the Community to have the option to use all features on Fitbit Sense without Fitbit Premium.

Thanks for answering.

 

It's not a feature suggestion. I'm just requesting Fitbit to make health related insights and data free from subscription. Samsung, Huawei, Apple, Polar etc. don't charge their users a fee to gain access to health data.
