Hi,

I'm a Sense owner with Fitbit Premium but I cannot find the Health Metrics dashboard in the app on my phone (Samsung Note10). Somebody could help me how to fix the issue? Thanks!

I removed the Health Metrics tile to try to fix another issue, and then re-installed it. I found it by clicking on "Edit" on the Today page, and then scrolling to the very bottom, where it was.  That was on my iPhone, but it might work for you.

Unfortunately I don't have this option when I tap EDIT

I have the same problem.

The health metrics icon doesn't appear in  the dashboard .

I live in Stockholm  and wondering if Sweden non supported country for the "health metric" function.

Is there anybody who can help?

Thank you.

Actually, you may be right.  Health Metrics was under a heading "Removed Stats" as I had removed it beforehand.  I assume you are a Premium User as it is only available to Premium users

Also I can find only the information that the dashboard is not available in
all countries but I cannot find the list of these countries and a date when
it will be available in other countries. I tried to change my location
without success

Hi @MKata and @crisbatt, welcome to the Community Forums. @CBV2, it's good to see you here in the forums.

@MKata and @crisbatt, thanks for bringing this to my attention and for every step tried on your own. Let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, let me explain that the Health Metrics tile is available for members that have a Premium subscription in certain countries. To investigate on my end, do you recall if the location was changed on your phone or the Fitbit app? Also, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone?

In the meantime, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from your Fitbit account.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated in your phone.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and check if the location is correct in your profile.
  5. Sync your Sense and try adding the Health Metrics tile one more time.

@CBV2, thanks for your insights and suggestions. Your posts are very helpful.

I look forward to your response.

Hi Lizzy,

I have the same issue with Health metrics tile not available - it was never available since sense/premium account were activated. Already tried all of the above. Using a SamsungS8+ and Europe location.

Is there something else I can try?

Thank you!

Hi Lizzy,

All done without any success. I have Premium Fitbit, the location is
Europe. My phone is a Samsung Note10 with the latest Android software.

Hi @LizzyFitbit is there any reason for HealthMetrics not beeing available, even all of the above were done?

Thank you!

Hi @Rayleen78, welcome on board. @MKata. It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for getting back with the requested information. The Health Metrics is available in Europe and it's odd that it's not visible on the Fitbit app of your phones. To investigate what may be occurring, may I know your country your phone language is listed in? Also, please provide me with the specific Android version running on your phone.

Look forward to your comments.

Hi Lizzy,

I'm from Hungary. I use Hungarian language on my phone but I can change it
in English or in Italian if this can help.

Hi @LizzyFitbit ,

Android 9.  Language was set to English -US. I have changed it to EN-UK or Romanian for testing, but no change. Just want to add that Sense with Samsung S20Ultra, same settings on phone and Fitbit is displaying the HealthMetrics.

Thank you!

HI @MKata and @Rayleen78. It's great to see you.

Thanks to both of you for your efforts in troubleshooting this matter and for sharing more details. @Rayleen78, while I'm glad the Health Metrics tile is appearing on your Samsung S20 Ultra phone, may I know if you're able to add it on your Samsung S8+ phone? Please confirm this so I can forward your posts for further investigation.

I look forward to your reply.

Hi @Rayleen78. I hope you're doing well.

Thanks for confirming that the issue persists on your Samsung S8+ phone. I've gone ahead and escalated yours and @MKata posts to our team so they can further investigate and identify what may be occurring. While they're working on this situation, please be sure to keep your Sense and the Fitbit app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.

See you around.

Hi there - I'd love to know the status of this issue, too. I'm in Canada and have the Sense and the free 6 months Premium subscription, but don't see the option for Health metrics on my Samsung S71 phone. Any update? This feature is an important one for me and will determine whether I subscribe for Premium once my trial is up.

Thanks in advance!

Hi. I live in California, U.S.  Initially I could not find the Health Metrics. But after clicking Edit on the dashboard and scrolled down, it was there as an option to add. I'm on a 90 day Premium trial. I have the Versa 3 and a Galxy S9. Here is my phone software info.
