Hi,
I'm a Sense owner with Fitbit Premium but I cannot find the Health Metrics dashboard in the app on my phone (Samsung Note10). Somebody could help me how to fix the issue? Thanks!

I have the same issue. And I've tried the Edit button and scrolled down, but Health Metrics tile's not there. Anyone of you have this resolved? Fitbit support is helpless.

Hello. I have the same problem, updated to premium and the Health metrics don't show. I tried all the recommendations, I even tried changing my location (I live in Argentina). My boyfriend has the same Fitbit 4 and in his phone the health metrics show. What can I do? I have an iPhone 7

I'm having the same problem. Fitbit Inspire 2, Samsung Galaxy S20. I'm in Portugal, and I can't see the Health Metrics Dashboard.

I got a charge 5 2 days ago to replace an inspire hr.
Once set up, the health metrics tile was available and I had 2 days worth of data on it.
Now it's disappeared (I may have removed it from the 'today' page) and I can't get it back. I've hit the edit button, it's not there to add to the 'today' page.
Cleared cache, restarted, re-paired, reinstalled the app etc, still nothing.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

This worked for me on my Versa 3. Thank you!
