Heart rate and exercise tracking on Sense

Having issues with the sense heart rate tracker accuracy. Any one else with the same issue? I have followed all the recommendations, shaved my wrist, wiped the sensor, restarted, fully charged, etc… but routinely mid-exercise at max exertion I look down and heart rate is 80s-90s… grab the handles on the treadmill or whatever device I’m on and HR is 150s, right where I should be. I’m not new to Fitbit, and this has happened on my last 3 watches after about a year and a half. Very disappointed in the longevity. It’s time for a new watch, and with the Google Pixel getting more attention after the buyout, anyone jumping ship to Garmin? I don’t need a smartwatch and all the apps and crap. I’m tracking runs with GPS and exertion with HR. I track calories with the app and base my intake on the data. When the watch misses 45 minutes at 150 bpm, it misses expenditure and makes the Cardio Load useless. Very frustrating.

I’m not going to pay another $250 for something to be useless in under two years. Anyone out there helpful?

Hello, @Peter623, welcome back to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Sense not tracking correclty your heart rate and exercises overall.I understand how you can fell, I'll do my best to help you with this.

Since you tried the steps and they didn't work, you have and report experiencing very specific behavior, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
