Heart rate and sleep stopped working on my Sense

For about a month the heart rate sensor on my Sense has stopped working, and it will also not track my sleep. I've tried doing a hard-reset, deleting the device from my Fitbit app and reinstalling it, and doing a factory reset of the watch.

Can you let me know if you can see the green LED lights on? The ones that are in the back of your Sense. I also recommend you to check this article, it will give you some advices for you to get the heart rate going.
