On both my Sense and my wife's Charge 4 we have been getting the message today in the exercise section/ activity/ heart zones, heart rate or energy that not enough data available. They were both working fine yesterday. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be and how it can be fixed please? Thank you all.

@Coops2   I read your other posts.  You are in the UK and switched to BST.  This happens every year for US DST and BST.  Spring and fall.  Everything will work itself out, usually by tomorrow.

Great. Thank you for taking the time to answer. That is really helpful to know. I thought we had done something wrong with the set-up, being new to Fitbit, so am relieved to learn it will sort itself out. Thank you.

My new Versa 2 recently has had the same problem for months seemingly unrelated to DST. My confusion is that the app is recording active minutes. I don't understand it.
