Heartbeat will not sync in app

My sense is working fine, but unfortunately my heartbeat is not visible as a live heartbeat in the app. On the watch itself the heartbeat is correct and adjusts all the time, but in the app it will not change.

it synchronises fine, except for the heartbeat, and I noticed it is not synchronising all my work outs. But the heart beat is bothering me the most.

I tried disconnecting Bluetooth, forcing the app te close, turn of my phone, updated the app, software on my phone is updated and I even removed the sense completely and reinstalled it.

any suggestions on what to try now?

Have you cleared the cache on the Fitbit app?

I tried that yesterday after your post and it looks like that did the trick!

It seems to be working ok now.
