How do I activate button shortcuts on Sense?

I sometimes accidently enable this screen by rubbing the watch on my t-shirt to clean it but I have no idea how to get this to show in the normal manner?  Anyone know?

I find if I hit the left button twice quickly, it brings up the shortcut menu.
