For temp units, on phone app from 'Today' screen:

Profile Pic > SETTINGS: App Settings >  Units

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @AuntieLes. Welcome to the Community Forums. @JohnnyRow It's good to see you here and thanks for your great help.

@AuntieLes Thanks for every step tried prior to posting. In regards to the temperature units, please follow the steps described in @JohnnyRow's post and make sure to sync so those settings are applied to your Sense.

About the time format, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Go to your fitbit.com dashboard and log into your account.
  2. Click the gear icon at the upper right corner > Settings > Personal Info.
  3. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units.
  4. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  5. Then, sync your watch with the Fitbit app on your phone.

Hi @AuntieLes. I hope you're doing well.

You're welcome! Thanks to you for trying those suggestions and just to confirm, are you trying to change the units for the skin temperature? Or is it for the Weather app on your Sense? I'm asking this as both features have their own settings in the Fitbit app. In the case of the skin temperature, please follow the steps shared by @JohnnyRow.

If it's for the Weather app, open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture > Sense > Apps > Weather > Settings. In there you'll be able to change the units to Celsius. Once you've made the changes, go back to the Today screen on the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.

I did the above steps on my new Fitbit Sense, but the time is still in 24 hour mode after changing the settings and syncing.  Is there something different for the Sense?,

Hi @MommoD

I presume you are logging into your settings here

Did you remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then syncing?

Welcome on board, @MommoD. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!

@MommoD Thanks for trying the steps suggested above and I'm sorry the time format didn't update. As our friend mentioned, did you make sure to click Submit after changing the settings on your online dashboard? If you did, may I know the clock face that you're using on your Sense? I'm asking this as some 3rd party clock faces may support a specific time format. If that's the case, I'd recommend changing the clock face to one that supports 12h time format and syncing your watch to apply the changes.

Hope this helps.
