@3052   This is the ONE and ONLY setting that you must do on the web dashboard.  Login to your account at fitbit.com using any web browser and your same email/password.  There is a Settings (gear) icon in the upper right of the screen.  Tap on it, then on Settings in the dropdown.  Scroll down to the Advanced Settings and there is a clock display time that you can toggle between 12/24 hours.  Then hit Submit at the bottom.  This is an account setting.  You only need to do this once.  If you replace your Sense with another Fitbit in the future, you won't need to go back and fix it again.

Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon.

Choose Settings > Personal Info.

Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units.

Click Submit and sync your device.
