Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Biglieby. Thanks for sharing your time change inquiry.
As @Guy_ mentioned, removing Automatic time zone and setting your time zone should do the trick.
- In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab
- Turn off the Set Automatically option.
- Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
- Sync your Fitbit device.
Keep on visiting the forums.

Some people found the fix for this bug is to toggle Automatic time zone in the Fitbit App , App settings and resync.

Hi Andrea,
This exactly I do every year. In the Yukon we stayed in daylight saving and our time zone became mountain time. So I learned and changed my fitbit sense's time zone to mountain time. However, every fall my firbit sense changes the time zone to universal, like last night, and I have to go and change it back to mountain time. I wonder if it is a programming flaw, or confusion with the mountain time zone.
Thanks for your time
Marianna

Hi @AlmaEC - it depends which issue you have, time zone change or summer time change.
Make sure your phone is doing the right thing for both and that the watch is syncing fully.
It may be necessary to restart the watch and even the phone and repeat the process if there are other issues in play.
