Hi @suegymbunny - did you try to Shutdown your watch from the watch Settings menu? Wait at least 10 seconds for it to complete before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
When you press the side button to turn the screen on or off do you feel a vibrate?
If you suspect a vibration problem you can test the 8 different vibration patterns with the SimpleVibrate app, this will show if vibration is working properly.
