why does mentrual health still display on my Fitbit sense when I have deleted the data and removed the tile from my dashboard?  How do I get it to not show up on my Sense?

Swipe left on the watch till you find the Today app and click on it.

Scroll down till you find EDIT

There you can choose what shows.
