@Rob-Sutmuller- if the watch is setup right, swipe the face left, tap the Today app, scroll down to the OXYGEN SATURATION.

If you tap on it you will get more information.

If the tile is not there, scroll to the bottom, tap EDIT and add it and SAVE at the bottom.
