I have Dual diagnosis of ME-CFS &POTS. My HR while standing gets as high as 170 BPM. Is there a way to track my daily HR and get a notification when my HR goes above 80 BPM? It's very important for me to be able to track this. I love my sense and will love it more when I figure out all the Bells and whistles. I find the HR measurement and steps tracking to be very accurate and that's so important as I'm not to take more than 3000 steps per day
Thank you

You can set threshold alerts. To set an upper and lower notification:
Tap profile pic (top left of today page)
Tap Activity and wellness
Tap Heart settings
Tap Heart Rate Notification’s
set your threaholds
Track your heart rate just tap the resting heart rate tile on the home page. Then the today resting heart rate. It pulls up a graph which you can tap and interact. Hope this helps. Potts is a scarey thing. 😢

@Momocip I'm sorry, but I don't think the high heart rate alert will meet your needs.
I think you should take a look at the AlertMe app. It looks like it will give alerts if your heart rate goes up during activity. It's a free app that is highly rated. Here's how to install it on your Sense:
Laurie | Maryland
Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS
Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

I have ME/CFS-dominant Long COVID and I keep track of when my heart rate goes into a danger zone on the Sense2 by additionally setting my active zone minutes daily goal to like 5 minutes (but you can do one) and customizing the heart settings by doing the following: Settings > Activity & Wellness > Heart Settings > Heart Rate Zones > Custom Max Heart Rate and then inputting your CFS max. It can get real annoying bc my watch will buzz every 5 minutes congratulating me on reaching my exercise goals but that's the whole point so :D. Hope that helps. Brain fog is bad today so I can't bring myself to explain better

Here's how to install it on your Sense:
Tap on your profile avatar in the upper left of your mobile app.
Tap on your Sense tile.
Tap on Gallery.
Slide the toggle to Apps.
Tap on the Search icon, then enter AlertMe (no space)
Tap on Install to try it.

Will
