Hi has anyone found rowing to add to your personal exercise list?
Thanks
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Rowing isn't supported (and probably won't as it's "not currently planned" according to Fitbit) by any Fitbit device. As workaround, you can use Workout as generic type of activity and rename it later. However, if you are looking rowing specific exercise providing metric like distance, power or strokes then you won't find it on Fitbit.
Thanks for the reply! I have since researched this and turns out the other two major smartwatches has really robust support for rowing. Guess it is time to ditch the Fitbit. The only thing going for it is that its battery lasts a couple of days. It's really ridiculous that Fitbit doesn't support this when everyone else does. Pretty much every major gym in America has rowers.

Both Apple Watch and Samsung support rowing as an exercise. I am not asking for auto sending, just basic support. I am more than happy to pick rowing from the exercises when I start. Rowing isn't even listed.
Most of the Garmin watches do it. The best I've come up with on Fitbit is to wear a HR monitor and select Rowing after I've done my workout... all you get is the amount of time, activity and then sub in the correct amount of calories.
