How do I turn off Google chat notifications on Sense?

I have just got a new Sense. It is vibrating with messages from google chat. I only use google chat for work purposes and do not want this on my Sense. How do I switch it off? I have looked on the Sense menu and in the Fitbit phone app menu and can’t find anything for this.

I don’t not have google chat but I have other app notifications.

 

To add or delete my app notifications:

 

On today page tap photo icon top left 

tap sense watch connected

Tap notifications

Tap app notifications

see if google chat is an app and active.

swipe off.

Basically, through the fitbit app on the phone, turn off Google chat notices.
