My sense watch is not open show on display unlock your phone ?

I don't understand your question.  Can you tell me more? 

Maybe you mean that when you get a massage on your fitbit, it asks you if it should open. In that case your phone should be open (unlocked) and then your Sense could open the companion app of the message on the Phone.

Do you mean the option to set your watch as a trusted device in Smart Lock Settings is not available?
