Can't delete alarms on my Sense

My Sense Alarms app says it full and I need to delete some before adding new ones. This message stays on the screen and I can’t get into the alarms to press and delete them. Do I need to go to the Fitbit app on my phone? What do I do?

Hi there, @Mazzystardust. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. I will do my best to help you! 

As a first approach, please restart your Sense by following these steps. Then, please delete the alarms by opening the Alarms app > tap the alarm > tap the trash icon or Remove. You may need to swipe up to see this option.
