How to resolve boot loop on Sense

Got out of the boot loop took about 30 minutes if you want to try when the Fitbit logo comes up hold the side button till it vibrates the release and hold again till it vibrates then release and press right away keep repeating till it takes hope it works for you. They sent me a refurbished one like 2 months ago so the old since that I got out of the loop can not be used . That sucks but it can be done.
