My fitbit stopped working and was still under warranty. I received my replacement but only the face what the ** am I supposed to do with only the face. Is this normal?

Hi @Sensereplace a replacement is typically just the pebble portion. You should already have the bands and charger from the original Sense. You'll need to charge it and set it up as a new device on an existing account. Your history will be there to continue the journey.
