I returned my Sense

Well after 2 hours of setting the SENSE up, only for it to not work properly, then setting it up a 2nd time with same results - SpO2 not working, hard to get screen to wake up, registered 200 steps from a 2klm walk and 600 steps when I was sitting in my armchair. After all this, I decided I did not want a watch I paid 500.00 for when it had so many issues, so took it back and got a full refund from the store. Disappointing, but I will wait for a few months and see if they release a new version or at least deal with the bugs.

Just curious, what units are the 500.00 that you paid?  I hope not U.S. dollars, and didn't think it was that much in Canadian dollars.  It's $330 U.S. here on the Fitbit store.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Australian Dollars.

Unfortunately, I returned my Sense also. I really wanted to love it, but it was driving me crazy. The SpO2 was useless. I would go to bed with the SpO2 watchface, and wake up to find that the watch face had disappeared and the standard face was now in place. It still does not have the speaker and microphone working, and 9 times out of 10, I got a sync failed error. I went through all the trouble-shooting steps from support, but they only would work for about five minutes and then something else would go wrong. I bought the Samsung Galaxy Active 2, and it is working fine so far with no glitches whatsoever. The only down side is there is no desktop app and I have to view everything on my phone. I have until the end of the year to return it, though, and if Fitbit can get their act together and get the Sense working, maybe I'll repurchase it.

I’m returning mine tomorrow to Harvey Norman. Hopefully I’ll get a refund. Very disappointing for a $500 watch

I bought mine at The Good Guys and I had no trouble getting the refund. Makes me wonder if they have had others returned for the same type of issues. It is a shame, because with the functions, working properly of course, it would have been a good watch. Hope they sort it out.
