Menu navigation, one step back in the menu.

I just got my sense yesterday. Before the sense I had an Ionic. In the Ionic when I was setting up the menu i could go one step back in the menu by pressing the left button.  With the Sense, when I do that, it will take me back to the start screen and I have to start all over. 

So my question, how do I get just one step back in the menu instead of going all the way to the start screen?

swipe Right start from the edge of the watch.
