Missing steps on newly set up Sense

Hello,

I just purchased a Sense and set it up. The step count on my old Charge 4 shows 3,367 steps, and the Sense only shows 1,130 steps. That is likely correct, but now the App doesn't show combined total steps of both devices. Is there a way to get the day's step count updated on the App?

If you successfully synced from Charge 4 right before switching, I expect (but not totally sure) you will see the steps combined in history after you get to tomorrow.  You could take a look at fitbit.com dashboard; that usually show true data from fitbit main database, whereas sometimes phone app can get confused, like from switching trackers.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
