My Fitbit Sense doesn't receive calls

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue. I've spoken to customer service a few times and they still haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Any advice?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @BiggJ. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to receive calls on your Fitbit Sense and thank you for letting us know that you have already spoken with Customer Service a few times. 

I'd recommend keeping in touch with our team in order to get the resolution.

Try on your Fitbit watch....  Settings, Quiet modes, Do not disturb, Off  I started getting text messages again after I did this. 

...and/or set focus and sleep modes to off.  Mine were already off.

OMG, after an update a couple weeks ago, my notifications stopped - after un/re-installing the app, resetting bluetooth, unpairing, etc last week, finally realized I had it on DND on my watch.  (*slaps head*)

This is known problem and mostly depends on what phone you are pairing with.  I believe if you  have iphone or google pixel then you are in luck.  I had OnePlus 7 pro and it mostly worked.  I swapped the Oneplus 7 with Oneplus 9 and now it has serious syncing issue.  I can never load new clock face from app or sync it when I I would like.  I have an old work iPhone 6 and everything works supper great on that phone.  You will receive all emails, text messages and phone calls on iphone but this would never happen on Android phone unless the fix the app.

My suggestion to buy an old iphone if you like to get notifications on the phone, lol.

Thanks a lot guys for ur responses.
My DnD icon is disabled. I now get texts and messages but I still can't
receive calls on my sense watch.
I'll try customer service again and update the forum.
