I pre-order Sense and Pendleton bend for Fitbit Versa 3 & Sense Woven Band (Blue/Grey Canyonlands) - Small
Shippments before 25/9/20
Thay send my a Sense but no an additional band.
Thay telling me 30/10 and I will probably need to pay shipping cost due a bend price under 50 euros
This is bad, I reserve band and monitor on the first day Fitbit announced it.

Same here! My watch will be delivered to me today, but not the band. I'm in the EU.
I contacted customer support the moment I saw they only charged by bank account for the watch and they said I shouldn't pay shipping fee one more time for the band as it is their fault they cannot deliver them together despite the fact that both should've been shipped by 25/9. I think it's obvious, I won't pay another 12.50 EUR because they cannot send my order in one piece.

Let me help you with your order for an additional Fitbit Sense wristband. These two items (the wristband and then Sense itself) have different stock in the warehouse. It could be that the band is in a more limited quantities than the device and this seems to be the case. I also took the time to reach out to our Support team and confirmed with them that you won't need to pay for additional shipping as the two items were placed in the same order. It is just that one will ship at a later date just like @rmeszaros explained. If you still have any questions feel free to contact our Support team again.

Hey, have any of you got any updates on the shipping date of the band? I'm still waiting. I can see that it's on back order at the moment in the webshop with a shipping date by 30/10, but I'm not sure if it's relevant in my case because I ordered it a few weeks ago. Thanks!

Hi @rmeszaros, I'm in the same situation. I ordered Sense
+Fitbit Versa 3™ & Sense™ Classic Band (Midnight) - Large
+Fitbit Versa 3™ & Sense™ Sport Band (Sapphire/Fog Grey) - Large
All the items were tagged "Pre-order - Ships by 9/25/20" on eShop.
I was only charged for the Sense, which was successfully delivered. No info on the bands. And the link to check order status expired. Fitbit eShop displays no history of orders 😕
I had to contact Customer Support to find out what's the situation with the additional bands. And the response was:
"Support: I can see that you ordered two other separate Sense bands. As per checking, I can also see that the said bands are in back order and will be ship on the late October." The info is from 2020-10-05.

Good news! Fitbit has just charged my card for the Pendleton band a few minutes ago. That means it will be shipped soon. At least that was the case with my Versa 3.

I'm not sure my :credit_card: doesn't show movement instantly. But if I try to check my orders status clinging on link from the email I got on day of purchase, the page don't exist.
So let's hope I will get my Pendleton eventually.

@rmeszaros happy to hear that your got your email confirmation regarding your wristband order! Now it is just waiting for it to arrive to your home.
@pedrogari @NatomCZ as you can see once you get your card charged it means that your order is being processed. Please be patient while these orders are being fulfilled by our warehouse staff.

It was shipped yesterday and arrived today with the originally chosen shipping method (expedited). Of course I didn't have to paid shipping again. I happy with my beautiful Pendleton band. 😊

Yep, looks that the logistics is working. One of my extra bands has been charged and has already arrived. The other one is still pending.
