Anyone else have their Sense die quickly after purchase? I am frustrated with Fitbit. I had numerous Versa's die on me in one year, and so I spent the money to upgrade to a Sense. Five months later now my Fitbit Sense dead too. Tried all the ideas on these groups, but there aren't even any lights on the back of the watch now.  Guess I will contact CS, this is frustrating as the Sense was expensive.

Hi @Jen_5.

Sorry to hear about your Sense. Yes I think the best thing here would be to contact customer support (here) and discuss warranty options.

Thanks. I’m actually going to return it to Costco. I ended up returning 4 or 5 defective Versa2’s. I’m not going through this again…

Mine is barely out of warranty and the face came off. I was not able to get it replaced or fixed with Fitbit(since it was out of warranty), and they only offered me a 35% discount.  I was able to superglue the face back on and it worked a bit but then completely died completely.  Fitbit's only repair is to turn it off and back on.

I have had the device for maybe a year and I'm rather disappointed and the lifespan of Fitbit's. It's an expensive watch for it to only last a year and for there not to be a repair option, even if you have to pay. In going with a Samsung watch now and hope for a longer-lasting watch.

Same thing happened to me twice now in 15 months. Exact same on both watches. Went completely dead overnight. Fitbit support will only replace and not accept the watch has a fundamental error. Once challenged and I question why the third watch should be better, the representative ended the chat. Completely unacceptable service

Same here! I have had many Fitbits & all have died at one time or another. Since 2020, I’ve been through three fitbits! Some only last a few months. Why?!?!? I upgraded to the sense & was looking at an Apple Watch, but thought I’d stick w/ Fitbit.  C/S isn’t the best & they make you jump through a lot of hoops just to finally sent you a 25% discount on a new item. I have really enjoyed my Fitbits when they work. But Think I might just start looking at other watch/tracker companies.

Yeah it's disappointing for what they charge for their devices and a name that would be like Coca Cola for fitness trackers. The customer support, hardware issues for some, software issues with something as basic as Bluetooth syncing are the areas that need improvements. Every tech item no matter the brand will have glitches, it's just a matter of how many and how it's handled. They need to be on their game because the competition is stiff. Even these other fitness bands from overseas offer about all of the same features now at a much lower price. For smartwatches there is Apple, Samsung, and some others that are packing lots of options at the minimum a similar cost for the watches.
