My Sense doesn't display steps or date.

My Sense doesn't display steps or date or sleeping data and when I go into settings the writing is missing letters in every line.

Should I return to factory settings or what can I do.

I was able to confirm in the system and the steps should be appearing on your Sense, can you send me a picture of what it appears, please? Also, can you send one showing the date too? So I can make sure what the situations are here.

I’ve been having problems similar to this. All the icons are showing but there is no stats, when i go in to settings there is no options, letters, numbers etc all digits have disappeared. Can you help with this?
