My sense is not syncing up with my phone. I have more steps on my watch than what is showing on my phone. Also the Weather isn't working. I get this error message: "No weather data available Sync the Fitbit mobile app to update"
I sync on my phone but the weather is still not working and my steps and phone don't match.

I had the same issue today. I could not get my Fitbit app to sync with the watch. The app literally could not find the watch. It kept looking. I followed the instructions below. I finally had to follow the steps to remove the sense and then pair the sense as of it were a new device.
That fixed immediately and it synced up. Steps, weather, and all data was corrected.
