I've had the sense coming up on two years and I've been fairly happy with it except for one thing. The step and floor counter.
This has been over counting my steps and floors climbed pretty much since day one. My wife and I can go on a walk both wearing our watches and I'll have hundreds of steps more than her. Also, the steps climbed is consistently 30+. Today it says I've climbed 43 flights of stairs.
I wouldn't be too annoyed with this otherwise but I train in a sport where I have to meet a weight class. When my watch tells me I've walked 4000 more steps than I actually had it gives me inaccurate caloric intake data and it messes with weight cuts. It's incredibly frustrating and frankly I'm done with this watch at this point.

Hi @goudd - do check in the Fitbit App, Device page (Connected to) if you have the phone also connected to your account and if so remove it.
Also remove connections with other app monitoring systems.
The floor count errors is a known issue but as it is not used for any other measurements can be ignored if the watch is outside warranty.
