Try restarting sense by holding button until you see Fitbit logo then release and let it process. You may want to restart phone too. Let us know if this works.

Called Fitbit. Advised to do a factory reset. Not what I wanted to hear. Very disappointed.

Make sure do not disturb isn’t on.
swipe right and all 6 should be greyed out.
of not tap on them to change.

Swipe right and make sure all 6 are greyed.
you tap on them to change them on or off.
swipe sleep mode toggle as well. What do you mean can’t change it.

Factory reset fixed the problem. I noticed during the reset it was running an update. That's something I didn't try to do before the factory reset.

@SkinnyIndi , @ChicagoHip , it probably isn't necessary to do a factory reset to fix settings if they are wrong.
As @Clove6060 says swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable do not disturb or sleep icons, you probably need wrist wake icon enabled to display the screen when you raise your arm.
A restart will fix a number of syncing issues but it won't change your Quick Settings.

My sense was stuck at "do not disturb" even though my phone get off from that in the morning. I turn off that and notification stared. I will check tomorrow morning again. It should be get off do not disturb automatically in the morning.

@SkinnyIndi - watch do no disturb setting is independent of phone setting.
It is a good idea to set up a sleep schedule in the watch Settings which will automatically silence watch at night and unsilence it in the morning.
