My fitbit sense is not charging.

I tried turning on and off,and a different outlet.A red 0% comes on then off but does not charge

Hi @Robi31402 - unless your watch got wet, it may be a cleaning or charge cable [quite common] issue - see steps to check in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Mine has the same issue.  Look at your charger there are 4 prongs.  One of the four prongs does not extend out as high as the others.  I called Fitbit and they are replacing the charger.  Problem is they are on backorder for at least a month.  Tried ordering from Amazon.....thinking at least I would have a backup.  But the one I received had the same issue.  Hoping Fitbit is rethinking the design and can resolve this issue.

Now the fitbit came on and did sync but stays on as long as plugged in when
I unplug it it don't do anything,so I got another charger does the same
thing. Now there is a triangle with thermometer on,but don't show it's hot

@Robi31402 - if you got a new charge cable, try syncing and then do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.

 

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to start it and charge it.
