Sense not showing letters

I bought my sense fitbit back in december when it was on sale. It was working perfectly fine up until about 2 weeks ago. I wear it everyday but charge it at nighttime. 

One day it randomly restarted itself and now it only shows partial letters. All of my notifications/apps on it on shows like 2-5 letters and the rest is blank. I’ve restarted multiple of times, I’ve disconnected it and reconnected it, I tried changing the clock face, I feel like i’ve tried it all. Nothing has worked. 

It also has started restarting itself about twice a day, this started 5ish days ago. It also never holds a charge longer than a day anymore. It has absolutely 0 signs of damage or anything, so I’m just very confused on what is wrong with it.

I’m just curious if anyone has anything else i can try or whatever. I love my fitbit and I would hate to not have it anymore.

Hi @darrianalissa - it could possibly have internal damage, may be from water getting in.

As it is under warranty take it back to where you bought it for replacement with a new one.
