Got my new fitbit sense 4 weeks ago, but yesterday when i tried to charge it, nothing happens? What to do?

Where did you buy the cable from?

They are aftermarket ones you can get for under $10.00 that will provide a simple and timely resolution. Granted, you’ll be spending more of your money etc etc but consider it an improved mod.

Hi Catherine, unsure if read my posts few weeks ago people still commenting etc.

Therefore if you had read my posts id mentioned that I tried all sense troubleshooting issues which still refused to turn on or charge,left for two hours even tried all house power points..

Once I did all nothing resolved this problem, I emailed support team, waited up to said 24 hours,which to be honest that quick as they said they were short staff due to Covid19.

 

My menu pop up response and was sent next morning new charger as seeming to think that due me notifying them with also explaining that lots brought for Xmas present had exactly same issue to me and same day or day after it was like right is this update or is it this charger due to all previous posts read about a charger, how one is is not pins is shorter and is the issue to this problem.

 

Theirfore tried check yes mine was exactly what they describe so we put down being charger issue, theirfore fitbit were absolutely fabulous sent me a new charger the next morning due to them thinking the same as me this is the problem. However I did say once arrived and re charged I'd let them no as well as community forum so all aware of my update and what happened.

 

Only thing have commented on too forum once you have been able to resolve your problem most sites have deleted or stop so no more can add, I couldn't find anything but ha all this week put update and hopefully people see been resolved by me putting resolved in brackets.
