My fully charged Sense is dead

Got nothing,  no activation button response, no tap response.  No Sync success.

Hi @Kim95mann  - just in case, please verify in the app when the Sense last synced.

If it is more than a day ago it could be the battery needs charging.

There is often a fault with the charge cable or the contacts need cleaning or even a power source issue. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
