My sense fitbit used to stay charged for 5 days. I received it in October 2021. Now I have to charge every 2 days. Today I noticed that it has been charging for just over 2 hours and it's only 7% charged. My husband did buy the extended warranty for it. Should I contact the company and get a sense fitbit with the warranty I have?

Welcome to the Fitbit community.
Did you make any adjustments to your settings since it started lasting only 2 days? Any changes to brightness, screen wake, always on display, snore & noise detection, and/or SpO2?
Connection and charging issues are unfortunately relatively common. If use a search function up top and just put the word "charge", you're going to find a lot of threads about this. For me, if I don't see it charging a reasonable amount in just a few minutes I take it off, wipe the contact points on the watch and the prongs on the plug, and plug it back in.

Hi @Misty77 - if as @eezeepee says if cleaning doesn't help carefully inspect the charger, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If you don't succeed as it's still under warranty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to send you are replacement charge cable or you can get them online.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
Make sure to keep your watch though as it's probably not faulty just flat battery because it's not charging..

@Jodyjg Welcome to the Fitbit community.
Sorry, but you didn't provide any details about your issue. How long have you been using your Sense and were you getting about 5 days of battery too but it dropped to 2 days?

I have had my Charge since June and it has been charged to 100% every time. Only now it is holding the charge for 2 sometimes 3 days.

Try changing back to your old watch face and see of
the battery life increases. Different clock faces will drain battery differently.

Yes I experience the same as you but I didn’t change the clock face or any other adjustments. The behaviour of the clock face changed by it self and added some kind of screen saver that displays the time in white on a black background at all time. If I then move my arm the clock face the appear.

I now found changes in settings on the sense itself. The display was set to always on and now the screen saver is gone. Also the light on the clock was also set to MAX and I changed it to low.
The mystery is that I didn’t make any changes.

@Tittelin It's definitely possible to do that by accident with the quick settings.

So I changed clock faces and my Charge is needing another battery recharge. This is since I fully recharged last night to100 %

I would say contact customer service. They're gonna make you try all these things to troubleshoot, but in the end, if you have a lemon tracker, they will send you a new one.
Anyone recently update the Fitbit App? I want to say after updating the app, all of a sudden my Fitbit went from a full charge to dead in less than 24 hours. I could go DAYS without charging previously and I changed NO settings on my watch. I swear it must be the app updates that are not compatible with the trackers as this happened to my previous Sense (the one I'm using now is a replacement as the original Sense was not even a year old yet). I contacted customer service and they said it died during my bootcamp workout last night, so to try not using that setting for now to see if it's the GPS draining the battery. I hope that's just troubleshooting because even with auto exercise recognition, one of the reasons I wear a Fitbit is to keep track of specific workouts. Apparently with the Sense you cannot turn off GPS - whereas with my old Versa you could if you wanted to.

@Jodyjg Don't know if you're aware but this is a Fitbit Sense section. I'm sure troubleshooting can be similar but you might want to check out the Charge area of the community.

@Honulii My Fitbit app for Android was last updated February 7. I'm getting the same battery life as prior to that.
